Hardcraft's engineering and production teams work in our state of the art San Jose, California facility.

Our production area features:

-State of the art 6kW Bystronic fiber laser with automated load and unload, 5'x10' sheet capacity, and up to 1"-thick cutting capability

-33 ton Amada Vipros III turret punch press with 6-shelf tower loader and automated sheet load/unload, 5'x10' sheet capacity

-State of the art Bystronic Xpert 150 and Xpert 80 press brakes with dynamic crowning and offline programming

-Yama Seiki SP-2016 CNC bridge mill with 83" X-travel and 63" Y-travel

-Six Bridgeport CNC vertical mills with 15k RPM spindles (Five V1000, one V710)

-Okuma LB3000EXII lathe with barfeeder, subspindle, and Y-axis

-Numerous welding stations with the latest Miller TIG and MIG power supplies

-Full paint prep facilities, wet and powder paint booths

-State of the art Virtek laser scanner, Mitutoyo manual CMM, Faro arm, and other inspection equipment.

-Software platforms include Solidworks for engineering, Bysoft 7 for sheet metal programming, and Mastercam for milling & turning
